Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. Here’s what this site and its apps collect, in plain language. The short version: very little.

Who we are

This policy covers the website at cottone.io and the apps published by Cottone.io LLC (“Cottone.io”, “we”, “us”), based in Gilbert, Arizona, USA. Questions can go to jared@cottone.io or through the contact form.

This website

  • No cookies, no analytics, no ads. cottone.io sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts and images are served from our own server.
  • Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records standard request details (IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are not used to profile visitors and are deleted on a regular rotation.
  • Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you. Messages are delivered to our email inbox and kept only as long as needed to help you.

Traffic Watch (Apple Watch)

Traffic Watch does not collect any data. In App Store terms, the app is “Data Not Collected.”

  • It has no accounts, analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs, and it makes no network connections.
  • Your best score and your settings (steering mode, sensitivity, haptics) are saved only on your Apple Watch, so the game and its watch-face complication can show them. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
  • If you choose wrist-tilt steering, the app reads your watch’s motion sensors while you play, only to steer the car. Motion data is processed live on the device and is never stored or transmitted.
  • Deleting the app removes all of its data from your watch.

DigiPages, ResiPage and TV Bar Games

DigiPages, ResiPage and TV Bar Games are account-based web services published by Cottone.io. Because they store the content you create, each has its own privacy policy and terms explaining exactly what is collected and why:

If you use those services, their policies apply alongside this one.

What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

Traffic Watch collects no information from anyone, including children. This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jared@cottone.io. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes affecting an app will also be noted in that app’s release notes.
